Delta X Coach means creating a change through movement.

Its a highly educational app based on years of experience, research and tertiary education in Psychology, Physiology, Neuroscience, Kinesiology, Strength and Conditioning .

Every component is designed upon two key pillars, health and longevity. Janis has always believed that if a person strives for these two goals, the rest, like aesthetics and fat loss will follow.

Janiss vision was to create an app experience that would replicate the same style and approach he uses with his Personal Training clients.

Delta X Coach is just that, an online coaching platform that will take anyone with no prior training in the gym and guide them through their starting strength journey. It will provide direction to those who regularly train without a plan and up skill the intermediate and advanced lifter.

Genesis - an 8-week starting strength program - the jewel of the Delta X Coach. An incredible resource of learning and movement instruction, that offers full tutorials for every exercise, follow along warm ups, mobility and activation routines and much much more. Most importantly, it uses the latest science based practices for developing strength safely and effectively.

The Running program for non-runners is a resource that is lacking in the fitness industry. With so many people running and so many who are adverse to running, this program will help both sides. There are form corrections, warm ups, nutritional guidelines and an easy to follow 12 week program to get any non-runner out on the track achieving 30 min slow jogs weekly and improving their health and fitness in doing so.

The Roll, relax and recover 50 min workshop with Emily Venz takes you through the neuroscience behind releasing tension and reducing stiffness and pain within your body. It is a workshop Janis has presented to the staff of Multinational companies like Apple, Microsoft, Newscorp and the Sydney Opera House.

Model workouts where you can follow along with one of Australias top models, Dom Elissa and Victorias Secret model Lotta Maybelake.

Holiday workouts from Bali using mini bands and power bands, a great way to keep up your strength and sweat routine anywhere and at anytime.

Lower limb foundations was designed to improve balance, tension and strength from hip to toe. Years of experience has shown Janis that so many people are losing efficiency in their legs due to sitting and heeled footwear. This program hopes to reverse or at least improve these issues.
